This model is not recommended for newborns. However it is suitable for children 3 months or older. You can purchase one of Maclaren's lightweight umbrella strollers if your child requires a pram for your child at this stage. However, it's a fantastic option for toddlers and older babies, as it's so comfortable that they'll love to sleep in the seat at home or while on the move!

This two-in-one stroller offers the best combination of style and functionality. The M&P Pramette is a fantastic pram/pushchair combo for first-time parents and families with two babies. Additionally, its compact fold size makes it easy to store at home. The huge air-filled tyres guarantee an easy ride and are able to handle off-road surfaces, too. Another great feature is the reversible seat unit, which allows you to alter the direction that your child faces. The reclining seat also provides good head and back support, so that your child can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful nap in the carrycot or seat. 4. Thule Shine

Thule is a name well-known for its stylish and practical products, and the Shine stroller is no different. It's among the lightest strollers on the market and feels sturdy and robust in your hands despite its simple design. It is also extremely versatile and can be used as a bassinet or Newborn Inlay from birth, and also as a Maxi Cosi car adapter.

In contrast to other lightweight strollers, the Shine does not disappoint when it comes to cargo storage, either. The 22-pound capacity of the Shine allows you to carry everything you need on a day trip without worrying about putting everything in the back.

It's also easy to put together with the back wheels clipping on to the main frame right out of the box. The bassinet is also easy to attach and has handles that are similar to those of the Moses basket. The pram can be folded down to a compact and small size, which means it fits in even the tiniest of cars.

Thule's air purifier canopy is a standout too, with a built-in fan that filters the air you breathe, removing pollen, bacteria, viruses and other nuisances. The company claims that it can filter 150 litres per minute of air and can be connected to an app that shows the local air quality.

The only drawback is the price. While it's less expensive than other 2-in-1 prams, a complete kit still costs more than PS1,000. It's a bit difficult to swallow when you have alternatives such as the Thule Spring that is lighter and more compact and costs half as much.

The durability of Thule's strollers is legendary, and I've seen them put to the test at the Thule Hillerstop headquarters in Sweden. They drop prams from high places, crash them down slopes, and then run them over a bumpy buggy track in the snow to test their performance and durability. They look fantastic!
